The Story Ao Shin's Adventure is a playful nod to one of League's most storied pieces of development history. "Ao Shin" was the original concept name for what eventually became Aurelion Sol — a storm dragon champion that was teased years before finally releasing as the Star Forger in 2016. The name became a meme in the League community, representing the gap between early concept promises and eventual delivery.
