Overview New Region: Targon is official video content from League of Legends, released in August 2020. The announcement video for Mount Targon's addition as a new region in Legends of Runeterra. The Video Mount Targon's arrival as LoR's eighth region brought the celestial mountain and its cosmic champions into the card game. In Runeterra's lore, Targon is the nexus between the mortal world and the heavens — a mountain so tall its peak pierces the celestial realm, where Aspects (celestial beings of immense power) choose mortal hosts to channel their cosmic authority.
