Overview Ambessa is an official cinematic for Legends of Runeterra, released in November 2024. The cinematic showcases Ambessa Medarda as she joins the LoR card roster, timed with her debut as a League of Legends champion and Arcane Season 2. The Story Ambessa Medarda is the Matriarch of War — a Noxian general whose reputation for tactical brilliance and merciless efficiency has made her one of the most feared military leaders on the continent. As the head of Clan Medarda, she commands vast resources and political influence within Noxus 's meritocratic hierarchy.
