Aphelios, The Weapon of the Faithful
Overview Aphelios , The Weapon of the Faithful is an official music release from League of Legends, released in December 2019. The champion theme for Aphelios. The Music Aphelios's theme is unlike any other champion theme in League — it speaks to silence itself. Built around ethereal, lunar-inspired instrumentation, the composition captures the paradox of a warrior who fights without a voice. Delicate strings and celestial tones evoke Alune's presence in the spirit realm, while deeper, more grounded percussion reflects Aphelios's physical reality as an assassin on the mortal plane.
