Overview Before Dawn is a cinematic for the Sentinels of Light event in League of Legends, released in July 2021. The cinematic features Lucian , Senna , Vayne , and Viego in a pivotal confrontation during the Ruination . The Story Before Dawn depicts one of the Ruination's most dramatic confrontations — the battle where the Sentinels recruit Vayne and face the true scope of Viego's power. The cinematic opens with the Mist descending on Demacia as Senna and Lucian lead the defense.
