The Music LeBlanc's champion theme captures the essence of Runeterra's most dangerous manipulator — a figure who has pulled the strings of Noxian politics for centuries from the shadows. As the Matron of the Black Rose, LeBlanc is arguably the most powerful person in Noxus, though she would never claim that title openly. Her power lies in the fact that no one truly knows the extent of her influence, her age, or even her true face.
