The Music Hwei is an Ionian artist who channels raw emotion through paint and brushwork into powerful magic. Unlike Ionia 's disciplined martial traditions, Hwei's power flows from creative expression — each spell is literally a painting brought to life, and his emotional state shapes the nature of his magic.
