Overview Hwei Champion Spotlight is an official champion spotlight for League of Legends, released in December 2023. The spotlight introduces Hwei, the Visionary, an Ionian artist-mage whose paint magic brings his imagination to devastating life on the battlefield. The Champion Hwei was the heir to the Temple of Koyehn in Ionia , where he trained alongside other gifted students in the ancient art of paint magic — a discipline that channels emotion and imagination through brushwork into tangible magical effects.
