Overview Feeding Frenzy is an official cinematic for League of Legends, released in August 2023. The cinematic introduces Briar , the Restrained Hunger, a vampire-like creature born from Noxian hemomancy experiments who struggles to control her insatiable appetite. The Story Briar is one of the most unusual champions to emerge from Noxus — not a warrior, general, or assassin, but an experiment gone sideways. Created by the Black Rose through hemomancy, the blood magic tradition that traces back to Vladimir himself, Briar was designed to be a living weapon.
