Taliyah: Homecoming
Overview Taliyah : Homecoming is the champion teaser for Taliyah, the Stoneweaver, released by Riot Games in May 2016 to reveal League of Legends' newest champion. Set in the deserts of Shurima and starring Taliyah alone, the short is a spare, atmospheric piece: a young nomad girl racing home on surging waves of stone, drawn back by rumors too extraordinary to ignore. There is no villain on screen and almost no dialogue — only a journey, a threshold, and a handful of quiet words. The Story The teaser is built almost entirely on motion.
