Hecarim: Champion Spotlight
Overview The Hecarim Champion Spotlight is an official gameplay preview for League of Legends, released in April 2012. The spotlight introduces the Shadow of War, a spectral centaur knight who leads the charge of the Black Mist. The Champion Hecarim was once the commander of the Iron Order — the elite cavalry of the Blessed Isles ' king. He was a warrior of terrible ambition and cruelty, who betrayed his own people to serve King Viego 's mad quest to resurrect his dead queen.
