Gnar: Champion Spotlight
Overview The Gnar Champion Spotlight is an official gameplay preview for League of Legends, released in August 2014. The spotlight introduces the Missing Link — a prehistoric yordle frozen in True Ice for millennia who has now thawed into the modern world. The Champion Gnar is an ancient yordle who was frozen in True Ice during a prehistoric era of the Freljord , long before the current civilization existed. When the ice finally thawed, Gnar awoke in a world utterly alien to him — modern, complex, and full of creatures he had never seen.
