Overview Braum : Trials of the Poro is a champion reveal cinematic for League of Legends, released in April 2014. The animated short tells the story of how Braum earned his legendary shield — through an act of incredible kindness. The Story The cinematic tells Braum's origin story in the style of a Freljordian folk tale: a young boy is trapped behind an enchanted vault door that no warrior can break. While champions try and fail to force it open with strength, cunning, and magic, Braum simply punches through the mountain itself to reach the child from behind.
