Terms and conditions for using RuneGrove. Community guidelines, content policies, acceptable use, intellectual property notices, and your rights as a user.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RuneGrove (runegrove.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account through Riot Sign-On, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your login credentials with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RuneGrove is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RuneGrove only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site without prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality or servers.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

RuneGrove is an independent, community-driven platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. All game content, character names, images, trademarks, and intellectual property related to League of Legends, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, 2XKO, Riftbound, and other Riot Games titles belong to Riot Games, Inc. and are used under the terms of the Riot Games API and community guidelines.

Original content created by RuneGrove (articles, analysis, editorial commentary, tools, and website design) is the property of RuneGrove and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to RuneGrove (comments, forum posts, tier lists, or other user-generated content), you retain ownership of your content but grant RuneGrove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content on our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

6. Grove+ Subscription

Grove+ is a premium subscription service offering ad-free browsing, profile flairs, Discord perks, and other benefits. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Features and pricing of Grove+ may change with notice.

7. Analytics Data

Our analytics and statistics are provided "as is" and are derived from publicly available Riot Games API data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all statistics are error-free or complete. Analytics data should not be used as the sole basis for any competitive, financial, or other consequential decisions.

8. Disclaimers

RuneGrove is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any third-party data, including data from the Riot Games API.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuneGrove and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to RuneGrove at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RuneGrove shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
