Who Bel'Veth is
A nightmarish empress created from the raw material of an entire devoured city, Bel'Veth is the end of Runeterra itself... and the beginning of a monstrous reality of her own design. Driven by epochs of repurposed history, knowledge, and memories from the world above, she voraciously feeds an ever-expanding need for new experiences and emotions, consuming all that crosses her path. Yet her wants could never be sated by only one world as she turns her hungry eyes toward the Void's old masters...

Skin lines Bel'Veth appears in
Bel'Veth has models across 3 of Riot's skin lines. Each line is a themed set that runs across many champions, so the same costume design shows up on a dozen different silhouettes.
- Cosmic — Vast stardust creatures control the ebb and flow of creation, painting the cosmos with sublime light as their celestial court drifts along the fabric of time and space.
- Primordian — Cast from dry land, the Primordians bided their time deep beneath the sea, biding their time for centuries… until they could no longer abide the surface-dwellers any longer, nor their abuses of the planet.
- Faerie Court — All fae nobility are servants to nature's will, carrying out the natural order and the turning of seasons with their magic.
How these models are made
Every model here is extracted directly from the live game files rather than rebuilt by hand, so the geometry, rigging and textures are the ones the game itself ships. Extraction runs per patch, and Bel'Veth's models currently sit at patch 26.10. A skin with no model listed is one the extractor has not produced yet, usually because the files changed shape in a recent patch.
Chromas are not listed separately. A chroma is a recolour of a skin already on this page — same mesh, different texture — so it is counted on its parent rather than given a page of its own.
