Overview Battlecast Vel'Koz is a skin trailer for League of Legends, released in February 2014. The trailer reimagines the Eye of the Void as a creation of Viktor 's Battlecast program — an army of mechanical war machines designed to bring about the Glorious Evolution . The Battlecast Universe The Battlecast skin line envisions Viktor's philosophy taken to its extreme — a world where the Machine Herald has built an army of mechanical monstrosities to wage war on organic life.
